The role may involve repetitive lifting, standing for long periods, working to time targets, and operating during early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, or peak seasons. Candidates should be reliable, physically capable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Previous warehouse experience is useful but may not be essential, as Royal Mail typically provides role-specific training.
