Job Description

The Senior Executive – Pattern Technologist is responsible for developing, refining and standardising garment patterns to achieve the required fit, appearance, construction and manufacturing efficiency. The role typically requires a degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in apparel technology, pattern making, fashion design or a related field, together with strong experience in garment pattern development. Candidates should understand technical specifications, grading, fit approvals, fabrics, sewing construction and product-development processes. Proficiency in CAD pattern-making systems, attention to detail and the ability to interpret design concepts are important. The successful candidate is expected to work closely with designers, product developers, sample rooms and factories, resolve technical issues, meet development timelines and support continuous improvements in quality, cost and production efficiency.
