The Butler is responsible for delivering highly personalized service throughout the guest journey, including villa preparation, arrivals and departures, dining and activity arrangements, luggage assistance, special requests, and local recommendations. Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, guest relations, or butler service, along with excellent English communication and strong organizational skills. Additional language skills are advantageous. The role requires a polished appearance, discretion, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate guest needs. Flexibility is essential, as the position involves shift work, weekends, public holidays, and close coordination with housekeeping, food and beverage, recreation, and front office teams.
