Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager is expected to drive room, meeting, event and business-group revenue for Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Requirements typically include several years of hotel sales experience, strong knowledge of the Kuala Lumpur market, proven account-development skills and confidence negotiating with corporate clients, travel partners and event organisers. The successful candidate should be commercially minded, target-driven and comfortable preparing sales plans, forecasts and reports. Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills are essential, together with the ability to work closely with revenue management, reservations, events and operations teams. Familiarity with Marriott systems and experience managing key accounts would be advantageous.
