Job Description

The F&B Shift Leader oversees daily In Room Dining operations, ensuring prompt, accurate and courteous delivery of food and beverages to guests. Requirements typically include relevant hotel or restaurant experience, strong knowledge of food and beverage service, good communication skills and the ability to lead a team during busy shifts. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate orders, monitor service standards, handle guest requests and complaints professionally, maintain hygiene and safety procedures, support training and ensure proper cash and inventory controls.
