Job Description

The Cook II (Garde Manger) prepares cold food items such as salads, dressings, appetizers, sandwiches, desserts, and buffet displays according to Ritz-Carlton standards. Candidates should have professional kitchen experience, preferably in garde manger or a luxury hotel environment, knowledge of food preparation, presentation, portion control, sanitation, and HACCP procedures. Culinary training is an advantage. The role requires dependable teamwork, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. The successful candidate is expected to maintain a clean and organized workstation, follow recipes and safety procedures, support other kitchen sections when needed, and deliver consistently high-quality food and guest service.
