Job Description

The Whatever Whenever Supervisor leads the hotel’s guest experience and lifestyle services team, responding to guest requests and arranging services, reservations, transportation, entertainment and local experiences. Candidates should have previous experience in hotel guest services, concierge, front office or a similar customer-focused role, along with strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Sydney attractions, restaurants and transport is beneficial. The role requires confidence using hotel systems, attention to detail, discretion, flexibility across shifts and the ability to manage several requests calmly. The successful candidate is expected to deliver Marriott’s service standards, support colleagues, resolve concerns professionally and create personalised, memorable experiences for guests.
