The Sales Manager, Reactive is responsible for responding to sales enquiries, converting qualified leads and securing business for Sheraton Johor Bahru. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, business or a related field, along with hotel sales experience, strong communication skills and confidence using sales or customer relationship systems.
