The Stewarding Supervisor oversees daily stewarding operations, including dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, equipment sanitation, waste handling, storage areas, and hygiene standards. Candidates should have relevant experience in hotel, restaurant, or hospitality stewarding, with supervisory experience preferred. The role requires knowledge of food safety, safe chemical use, sanitation procedures, staff scheduling, and workplace safety.
