Job Description

The Receiving Guest Service Agent welcomes guests, completes check-in and check-out, handles reservations and payments, answers questions, and coordinates requests with housekeeping and other departments. Candidates should have previous hotel, front-office, or customer-service experience, strong communication and computer skills, a professional appearance, and good spoken English. Knowledge of hotel systems such as Marriott applications is beneficial. The role requires a friendly, patient, and service-focused attitude, accuracy with guest information and cash handling, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected. Familiarity with Fiji and local attractions would be an advantage.
