Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert (Door Attendant) welcomes guests, assists with arrivals and departures, handles luggage, provides directions and local information, supports transportation arrangements, and creates a friendly first impression. Candidates should have good communication and customer-service skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to remain courteous in a busy environment. Previous hotel, guest-services, concierge, or front-office experience is helpful but may not always be required. The role involves standing for long periods, lifting or handling luggage, working outdoors at times, and following rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
