Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert supports front-office operations by welcoming guests, completing check-in and check-out, handling reservations and payments, answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating a friendly, lively hotel experience. Candidates should have customer-service or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a professional, approachable manner. Fluency in English is generally expected; Malay and other languages are helpful. The role requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays, along with the ability to remain calm, organised, and attentive in a busy environment. A hospitality qualification is advantageous but practical service experience may also be accepted.
