Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant – Banquets supports weddings, conferences and other functions by preparing rooms, setting tables, serving food and beverages, clearing areas and assisting with event breakdown. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional presentation and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hospitality environment. Previous experience in banquets, restaurants, hotels or events is advantageous, although training may be provided. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is expected. A responsible attitude, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to safely handle service equipment are important. Responsible Service of Alcohol certification may be required for alcohol service in Western Australia.
