Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor supports smooth day-to-day guest services at Moxy Putrajaya, welcoming visitors, handling requests, resolving concerns and helping create a lively, personable hotel experience. Candidates typically need hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills and confidence using hotel front-office systems. Supervisory experience is preferred, along with good English and the ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. The role calls for an outgoing, practical and guest-focused personality, with the initiative to make decisions, coach colleagues and maintain Marriott service standards. Familiarity with local attractions and additional languages would be an advantage.
