Job Description

The Sales Coordinator supports the hotel’s sales team by handling enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining client records, coordinating site inspections, and assisting with meetings, weddings, conferences, and group bookings. Candidates should have strong administration, communication, organisation, and customer-service skills, together with good computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office and hospitality systems. Previous experience in hotel sales, events, reservations, or a related customer-facing role is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to respond promptly and professionally, maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, work closely with operations and revenue teams, and represent the resort positively. Flexibility, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to manage several requests in a busy resort environment are essential.
