The Front Office Intern supports guest check-in and check-out, reservations, concierge assistance, telephone enquiries, payments, and general reception administration. Candidates should be studying hospitality, tourism, business, or a related subject, with good communication and basic computer skills. A friendly, professional manner, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays are expected. Fluency in English is important; additional languages and previous customer-service experience are advantageous.
