Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert - Porter welcomes guests, assists with luggage, provides directions and local recommendations, coordinates arrivals and departures, and helps create a smooth hotel experience. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, a professional presentation, and the ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment. Previous hotel, porter, concierge, or guest-service experience is advantageous.
