Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas at Kota Kinabalu Marriott Hotel. Duties may include making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues and following Marriott hygiene and safety standards. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, detail-oriented and comfortable standing, bending and carrying supplies for extended periods. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to provide courteous guest service, work efficiently as part of a team, follow instructions carefully and maintain a professional appearance. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
