Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining guest rooms, public areas and hotel facilities to Le Méridien Marriott cleanliness and presentation standards. Duties may include cleaning and servicing rooms, replenishing amenities, handling linen and supplies, reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety procedures, and responding courteously to guest requests. Candidates should be dependable, physically fit, detail-oriented and comfortable standing, bending and lifting during shifts. Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is helpful but may not be essential. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently, protect guest privacy, follow grooming and hygiene standards, cooperate with colleagues and provide consistently professional service.
