The Guest Experience Expert – Welcome Desk Agent creates a warm, personalized arrival and departure experience for guests at W Abu Dhabi – Yas Island. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, handling check-in and check-out support, answering questions, managing requests, coordinating with hotel departments, maintaining accurate guest records, and promoting hotel services. Candidates should have previous experience in front office, guest relations, hospitality, or customer service, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is generally required; additional languages are an advantage. The role requires a professional appearance, confidence, attention to detail, computer literacy, flexibility to work shifts, and a genuine interest in delivering memorable, energetic service in a luxury lifestyle hotel.
