Job Description

The Meetings & Special Events Intern supports the planning and delivery of conferences, weddings, meetings, and other special events at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba. Responsibilities may include assisting with event proposals, preparing function sheets and banquet details, coordinating with food and beverage and operations teams, attending client meetings, and helping ensure smooth event execution. Candidates should be enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, tourism, business, or related program. Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, professional presentation, flexibility, and customer-service skills are expected. Previous hotel or event experience is helpful, while proficiency in English and a willingness to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays, are likely required.
