Assistant Executive Housekeeper

Job Description

The Assistant Executive Housekeeper supports the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations, guest-room cleanliness, public areas, linen control, supplies, inspections, scheduling and team performance. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or housekeeping supervisory experience, strong knowledge of cleaning standards, good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to train and motivate employees. The role requires attention to detail, professional guest service, effective coordination with maintenance and front office teams, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Experience with hotel housekeeping systems, inventory control and health and safety procedures is advantageous.
