Job Description

The Bartender prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, takes guest orders, maintains bar presentation, handles payments, and follows responsible-service and hygiene standards. Requirements typically include previous bar or hospitality experience, strong communication skills, a professional appearance, and the legal right to work in Australia. An RSA certificate is generally required in Victoria.
