Job Description

The Landscape GSA supports the resort’s landscaping team by maintaining gardens, lawns, pathways, trees and outdoor guest areas. Responsibilities may include planting, pruning, watering, mowing, removing weeds, handling green waste, using basic gardening tools and keeping work areas safe and presentable. Candidates should have practical gardening or landscaping experience, physical fitness, good stamina and the ability to work outdoors in Fiji’s tropical weather. Basic knowledge of plants, irrigation and safe equipment use is useful. The successful candidate is expected to be reliable, attentive to detail, well-groomed and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. A positive attitude, teamwork, respect for guests and colleagues, and a commitment to Marriott’s cleanliness and service standards are important.
