Job Description

The Content & Social Media Manager is expected to develop and manage the resort’s digital content and social media presence across relevant platforms. Requirements typically include strong written and visual communication skills, experience in social media management, content planning, photography or video production, and familiarity with analytics and digital marketing tools. The candidate should understand luxury hospitality, maintain brand standards, create engaging campaigns, coordinate with resort departments, and respond professionally to guests and online audiences. Creativity, organization, cultural awareness, excellent English, and the ability to work independently in a remote resort environment are important. Knowledge of Indonesian tourism and additional languages would be an advantage.
