Job Description

The Porter supports guests with luggage, arrivals, departures, transportation arrangements and general property assistance. Requirements typically include a friendly and professional manner, good communication skills, physical fitness, attention to detail and the ability to lift and transport luggage safely. Previous experience in a hotel, resort or guest-service role is helpful, although training may be provided. A valid driving licence may be preferred. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, efficient service, maintain a well-presented appearance, work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays, and cooperate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and other resort departments.
