Job Description

The Front Office Intern supports daily reception operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, enquiries, payments, luggage assistance and basic administrative tasks. Candidates should be studying hospitality, tourism or a related subject, with a friendly, professional manner and genuine interest in guest service. Good communication skills in English are normally required; additional languages are an advantage. The role expects punctuality, professional grooming, attention to detail and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is important. Basic computer knowledge, teamwork and a willingness to learn hotel systems and operating procedures are also expected.
