Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor oversees the Welcome Desk and helps create a warm, efficient arrival and departure experience for guests. Requirements typically include previous experience in front office, guest relations, or hotel operations, strong communication skills, professional presentation, and confidence handling guest requests and concerns. Fluency in English is expected; additional languages and familiarity with Marriott systems are advantageous. The successful candidate should be service-minded, attentive to detail, calm under pressure, and comfortable supervising colleagues during busy periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential. The role also requires effective coordination with housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, and other hotel departments.
