Job Description

The Assistant Venue Manager supports the daily operation of a hotel dining, entertainment, or event venue at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru. Responsibilities may include supervising service teams, coordinating shifts, maintaining guest-service standards, handling operational issues, monitoring stock and revenue, supporting events, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety procedures. Candidates are generally expected to have hospitality or food-and-beverage experience, leadership ability, strong communication skills, sound organization, and a customer-focused attitude.
