The Senior Event Manager is responsible for planning, selling, coordinating, and delivering meetings, conferences, weddings, and other events at The Westin Yokohama. Requirements typically include several years of experience in hotel event management, conference services, catering, or event sales; strong organizational, negotiation, budgeting, and communication skills; and confidence working with clients, vendors, and hotel departments. Business-level Japanese and English are highly valuable, along with familiarity with hotel systems and event operations.
