The Front Desk Executive welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, handles reservations and billing enquiries, provides local information, and resolves guest concerns professionally. Candidates are generally expected to have customer-service or hotel front-office experience, strong spoken and written English, good communication skills, and confidence using hotel systems. Additional languages and knowledge of Marriott standards are advantageous. The role requires a polished appearance, attention to detail, patience, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
