Job Description

The Housekeeping Supervisor leads daily room and public-area cleaning operations, assigns tasks, checks cleanliness standards, monitors supplies, and supports room attendants and housekeeping staff. Requirements typically include prior hotel housekeeping experience, supervisory or team-lead experience, knowledge of cleaning procedures and safety standards, attention to detail, and good communication skills. Familiarity with hotel systems and basic English is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain Marriott cleanliness and service standards, respond promptly to guest and operational needs, coach team members, coordinate with Front Office and Engineering, report maintenance issues, control linen and chemical use, and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
