Job Description

The IT Supervisor supports the hotel’s technology operations, including computers, networks, telecommunications, guest Wi-Fi, property-management systems and other hotel applications. The role typically requires experience in hotel or corporate IT support, knowledge of networking and hardware troubleshooting, and the ability to manage incidents efficiently. A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field is usually preferred. Candidates should communicate well in English, provide friendly service to colleagues and guests, maintain system security, document technical issues and coordinate with vendors when required. The successful candidate will be organized, dependable and comfortable supervising daily IT activities while responding quickly to operational problems.
