Job Description

The Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, employees, property, and company assets. Requirements typically include previous experience in hotel security, loss prevention, or a related field; good observation and communication skills; basic report-writing ability; and the capacity to remain calm during emergencies. Familiarity with security procedures, incident investigation, access control, CCTV monitoring, and local safety regulations is useful. The candidate is expected to maintain professional conduct, respond promptly to incidents, enforce hotel policies fairly, support emergency procedures, and work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Physical fitness, discretion, reliability, and the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues are important.
