Company Info

BVLGARI Resort Dubai is a luxury hospitality property operated under the BVLGARI Hotels & Resorts brand, part of the Marriott International portfolio. The resort combines Italian design and craftsmanship with Dubai’s high-end coastal lifestyle, offering sophisticated accommodation, dining, leisure, wellness and retail experiences. Its concept store presents the BVLGARI identity through luxury products, accessories and carefully selected lifestyle merchandise. The property serves affluent international travellers, residents, VIP guests and luxury-brand clientele, so service quality, discretion and attention to detail are central to its operation. Employees work in a highly polished environment where brand standards, guest relationships, sales performance and teamwork are strongly valued. The resort is located on Jumeira Bay Island, close to central Dubai and the city’s major commercial, cultural and entertainment districts.

Destination Guide

The United Arab Emirates is a federation of seven emirates, rather than an island, with Dubai and Abu Dhabi offering the widest range of hospitality, retail, tourism and luxury-service jobs. The culture blends Emirati traditions with a large international community; respect for religion, local customs, privacy and professional dress is important. Dubai offers modern apartments, extensive shopping, beaches, restaurants and reliable public transport, although housing, schooling and daily expenses can be high. The climate is hot for much of the year, with mild winters and very warm summers. Most overseas employees require employer-sponsored residence and work visas. Employers commonly arrange medical checks, Emirates ID processing and sometimes accommodation, transport, flights or health insurance. Candidates should confirm the full package, probation terms, working hours, leave entitlement and commission or service-charge arrangements before relocating. English is widely used, while Arabic and other languages can improve prospects.
