Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor – AYS oversees the At Your Service desk and helps ensure prompt, courteous responses to guest requests. Requirements typically include hospitality or customer-service experience, strong English communication, professional presentation, problem-solving ability, and confidence using hotel systems and telephone procedures. Knowledge of additional languages and previous supervisory experience are advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate with housekeeping, engineering, food and beverage, and front office teams; monitor guest requests; resolve complaints effectively; maintain accurate records; and deliver Renaissance brand service standards. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
