Job Description

The Sous Chef – Baker supports the Pastry or Bakery Chef in managing daily bakery production at The St. Regis Doha. Requirements typically include professional culinary or bakery training, several years of hotel or upscale bakery experience, strong knowledge of breads, pastries, dough preparation, food safety and HACCP procedures, and the ability to lead a diverse kitchen team.
