Job Description

The Groups Coordinator supports the planning and administration of group bookings, meetings and events. Responsibilities may include responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, maintaining accurate booking details, coordinating with sales, front office, food and beverage teams, and ensuring smooth guest communication before arrival. Candidates are typically expected to have hospitality, events or administrative experience, strong organisation and attention to detail, and confidence using office and hotel reservation systems. Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desirable, while additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate should be service-minded, commercially aware, flexible with working hours and able to manage several deadlines while maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
