Job Description

The AYS Intern (Telephones) supports the hotel’s At Your Service telephone operation by answering guest calls politely, transferring calls accurately, recording requests, coordinating with relevant departments, and following up when required. Candidates should be enrolled in or recently completed a hospitality, tourism, or related program, have good spoken English, a professional telephone manner, basic computer skills, and strong attention to detail. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. The intern is expected to be punctual, well-presented, patient, discreet with guest information, and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a busy luxury-resort environment.
