Job Description

The Arabic-Speaking Butler provides highly personalized service to guests throughout their stay, handling arrival and departure assistance, villa preparation, luggage, dining and activity arrangements, special requests, and discreet day-to-day communication. Candidates should have previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, guest relations, or butler service, with excellent spoken Arabic and English. A polished appearance, strong communication skills, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and confidence using hotel systems are expected. The successful candidate must be flexible, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and holidays in a remote island resort. Genuine hospitality, confidentiality, teamwork, and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.
