Job Description

The Spa Manager oversees daily operations of the Bvlgari Spa, including treatment services, guest satisfaction, staff scheduling, service standards, hygiene, inventory, budgeting and financial performance. Candidates are expected to have previous spa, wellness or luxury hospitality management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of premium treatments and guest service. Experience in an international luxury hotel or resort is highly desirable. Fluency in Japanese and business-level English may be expected for this Tokyo-based role. The successful candidate should be polished, commercially aware, hands-on and able to maintain Bvlgari’s high standards while developing and motivating the team.
