The property serves business travellers, leisure guests, meetings and large conventions, combining accommodation, restaurants, event facilities, wellness services and local cultural experiences. Its At Your Service team acts as an important communication point between guests and hotel departments, helping create efficient and memorable stays. Working at the Kuala Lumpur property offers exposure to an international guest base, large-scale events and the operating standards of a global hotel group.

Destination Guide

Malaysia offers varied hospitality opportunities in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Langkawi, Sabah and Sarawak, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, events, diving and tourism services. Kuala Lumpur is a modern, multicultural city rather than an island, while Penang and Langkawi provide a more coastal lifestyle; island resort work can be seasonal and often includes staff accommodation. Malay, Chinese and Indian traditions shape the culture, with excellent food, festivals and generally welcoming communities. Living costs are moderate by international standards, although central Kuala Lumpur and popular islands are more expensive. For employment, foreign nationals normally need an offer from an approved employer and an Employment Pass arranged through Malaysian immigration; working on a tourist entry is not permitted. Candidates should confirm sponsorship, salary, accommodation, insurance and relocation costs before accepting an offer.
