Job Description

The HR Generalist supports day-to-day human resources activities at W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee records, HR administration, engagement initiatives, policy implementation and assistance with employee relations. Candidates should have relevant experience in human resources, hospitality or a related field, strong organizational and communication skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and good knowledge of employment practices. The role suits someone who is approachable, service-oriented, detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced hotel environment. Familiarity with HR systems and Singapore employment regulations is advantageous.
