Company Info

Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa is a Marriott International resort located in Phang Nga, southern Thailand, near the beaches and natural attractions of Khao Lak. Marriott International is one of the world's largest hotel companies, operating a broad portfolio of hospitality brands across luxury, premium, and select-service segments. The resort is designed for leisure travelers and typically combines guest rooms, restaurants, event facilities, recreational activities, and spa services. Employees work within Marriott's structured service standards, training programs, and international hospitality environment. The property offers opportunities for candidates interested in developing careers in culinary operations, food and beverage, guest services, housekeeping, and resort management. Exact benefits, accommodation arrangements, service charge, and employment conditions should be confirmed directly with the hiring team.

Destination Guide

Thailand offers hospitality work across destinations such as Phuket, Koh Samui, Krabi, Koh Phangan, Koh Chang, and the mainland beach area of Khao Lak. Jobs are commonly available in hotels, resorts, restaurants, spas, diving businesses, and tour companies, with the busiest hiring periods often before the high season. Local culture values politeness, respect, modest behavior, and a calm approach. Life in beach destinations is relaxed, but transport can be limited outside tourist centers and living costs vary by location. Khao Lak is quieter than Phuket and suits people who enjoy nature, beaches, and a slower lifestyle. Foreign nationals generally need an employer-sponsored Non-Immigrant B visa and a Thai work permit before legally working; requirements depend on nationality and position. Employers may assist with paperwork, but candidates should verify conditions with Thai authorities or the company. Accommodation, meals, and uniforms are sometimes included in resort packages.
