Job Description

The Rooms Quality Trainee supports the Rooms Division and housekeeping teams by checking guest rooms and public areas, monitoring cleanliness and presentation standards, identifying maintenance or service issues, and helping improve guest satisfaction. Candidates should be studying or have training in hospitality, hotel management, or a related field, with good attention to detail and an interest in hotel operations. A professional attitude, reliability, willingness to learn, teamwork, and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays are expected. Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate in Spanish and English are advantageous. Previous hotel experience may be helpful but is not always required for a trainee position.
