Job Description

The Commis II supports the kitchen team with food preparation, basic cooking, portioning, plating and maintaining clean, organized workstations. Candidates should have culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, although hospitality graduates and motivated entry-level applicants may also be considered. The role requires knowledge of food safety and hygiene, good knife skills, attention to detail and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment, cooperate with chefs and colleagues, maintain consistent quality, and follow Marriott and St. Regis service standards. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and holidays is essential.
