Job Description

The Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for ensuring consistently welcoming, personalized service throughout the guest journey. Requirements typically include hotel or customer-service experience, strong communication skills, professional presentation, and fluency in English; Arabic and other languages are advantageous. The candidate is expected to supervise guest-facing operations, resolve complaints promptly, coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance teams, and maintain accurate service records. The role also requires a proactive attitude, cultural awareness, attention to detail, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous supervisory experience in a luxury or international hotel is preferred.
