Company Info

The Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman is a luxury beachfront resort located on Seven Mile Beach, one of the Cayman Islands’ best-known destinations. It is part of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, a global Marriott International luxury brand recognized for highly personalized service, elegant accommodation, fine dining, wellness facilities, and memorable guest experiences. The resort serves leisure travelers, families, groups, and high-end corporate or wedding clients. Working at the property can provide experience in an internationally recognized hotel environment, with opportunities to develop skills across guest services, food and beverage, events, and other resort departments.

Destination Guide

The Cayman Islands offer strong employment opportunities in tourism, hospitality, finance, retail, construction, healthcare, and professional services. Grand Cayman has a multicultural community, excellent restaurants, beaches, boating, diving, and a relaxed but relatively sophisticated lifestyle. English is the official language, and the US dollar is widely accepted alongside the Cayman Islands dollar. Housing, groceries, transportation, and childcare can be expensive, particularly in popular areas. This vacancy is advertised for Caymanians, so applicants should provide proof of Caymanian status. Non-Caymanians generally require an employer-sponsored work permit before starting employment; employers typically manage the application process, and permits are subject to government approval. Anyone relocating should confirm work authorization, accommodation, health insurance, and living costs before accepting an offer.
