Job Description

The Guest Experience Expert welcomes guests, manages arrivals and departures, responds to questions, handles requests, processes payments, and helps create a smooth and memorable stay. Requirements typically include customer-service or hotel experience, strong communication skills, professional presentation, basic computer and cash-handling ability, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Candidates are expected to be warm, attentive, reliable and confident working in a busy environment.
