Job Description

The Food and Beverage Attendant provides friendly, efficient service across the hotel’s restaurants, bars, banquets and other dining areas. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking and serving orders, preparing tables, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and following food-safety standards. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, attention to detail and a professional presentation. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous food and beverage or customer-service experience is advantageous, while an RSA certificate may be required for duties involving alcohol service in New South Wales. A positive attitude, reliability and a genuine commitment to creating memorable guest experiences are expected.
